I am a thirty-something archaeologist, and I live in a gorgeous little old Welsh cottage, 9 miles north (and a world away) from the centre of Cardiff, with my partner Steve (also an archaeologist) our four chickens, and an abundance of wildlife.
Some things that I like:
Good (organic) food that hasn’t travelled around half the globe to get here.
Cooking good (organic) food!
Being outdoors, particularly when there’s gardening or hills involved
Lithics – particularly microliths (I am a nerd!)
Herbal tea
Satsumas (goes slightly against the food not travelling, but a couple of exceptions are allowed!)
Seasonality (I only eat satsumas around christmas!)
Environmentally friendly cleaning products (nothing with even a hint of antibacterial about it)
Dr Hauschka products – entirely natural and yummy!
Tui Balmes – ditto
Burts Bees – ditto
